Recipes - Freezable

None of my recipes require any fancy tools, hours of hard work, questionable ingredients, or the need to be neat and tidy.
Minimal fuss, minimal waste, minimal ingredients.
Easy meals an bakes for you to make at home, I'll show you the entire process, how I do it, with no stress and no professionalism required

Most of these recipes also come with a video, so you can see how I do it in my own home kitchen.

Who doesn't want to be able to freeze their bakes, cakes and meals? These are some of my favourites.

Easy 3-Ingredient Versatile Caramel Sauce

Simple and easy caramel, that I add to all sorts of sweet treats. It's my favourite to use for my millionaire shortbread, as well as cookies and sweet dough. The possibilities are endless! It takes only 5-10 minutes, and you can store it in the fridge. I've also put it in the freezer before, and left it on the counter to defrost, it tasted perfect!

STOP OVERTHINKING YOUR SOURDOUGH AND STARTER

If you're stressing about your sourdough, don't. (Doughn't). The stretching and folding process is fairly forgiving. I've often forgotten about my dough and it's been absolutely FINE. Don't panic, it's just bread.

Quick & Easy Peanut Cookies

A quick and easy cookie, no need to wait overnight or leave them in the fridge or freezer. Just mix the ingredients, pop them in the oven, and devour! Imagine eating a spoonful of peanut butter, but in cookie form, with more sugar.

Peanut Butter Cups (better than Reese's!)

Have you ever got yourself a Reece's Peanut Butter cup and thought, "I need many, many more of these", or "what the heck are these ingredients?!" and "I want this to be twice as thick and ten times as tasty". Well, here I am to show you my recipe. No oven needed! Just a stovetop or hob, or something to melt the ingredients, and the patience to wait for it to set.

5 Ingredient No-Bake Flapjacks

A quick and easy beautifully British snack to make, and lasts about a week without needing to put in the freezer (although you definitely can!). Rich and buttery and sweet, with natural simple ingredients. This recipe is my go-to, and easy to customise. With a layer of chocolate on top, sprinkled with something healthy (or not), or some nuts or raisins mixed into the mixture. No oven needed! Just a stovetop or hob, or something to melt the ingredients, and the patience to
