Potato salad is a core dish in Eastern European home cooking, and it's traditional for every family to have their own unique recipe. This particular version is based on my late father's recipe, who always measured from the heart. You might know this potato salad as a Czech or Slovak version, (eastern) European, Slavic, or Oliver style.
